The hotel is clean, comfortable and in a good location.
Negatives:
The problem lies in the fact that the staff is not trained and caused a huge, unnecessary debacle by not knowing how to process our payment correctly. Tony, the onsite manager is not knowledgeable and his communication skills are subpar. When he got frustrated with my request to release my funds on a hold that shouldn’t have been placed on my card, he hung up on me. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Will never give them our business again due to their overall incompetence.
