The tub was filthy with a dark soap scum ring. The holder for the handheld shower head was broken. The hair dryer did not work. The refrigerator made a horrible noise all night. Breakfast was bad. There is no pool, the website is not accurate.

When checking in staff was rude and told us we had to go through the front door when we had to park in the back because there was no parking spot up front. My room ad trash in it but the beds looked good to me and thats all we needed so we just stayed.

The hotel said there was a pool. Not since 2018 was it working. The inside door didnt lock. Broken down cars out in front and the outside door did not have a lock on it. Not a good and safe place to stay

The breakfast area was small, but there was a couple of different options for breakfast food. The TV worked in our room.

The parking lot was kind of scary around the hotel. The shower was pretty short so had to lean down in the shower, wouldn't be good for anyone taller than 5' 6".

The light switches were so loose the lights flickered if on (FIRE HAZARD), the entry smelled like urine, the facility wasn't clean, the pool was broke and he said they didn't have one, the shower head barely spit out water and the parking lot was trashy.

Room in basement, not a very good breakfast

Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was normal for this type of accommodations.

The bathroom had no counter space to put my things, only the edge of the sink or the top of the toilet. The towels were ratty with strings hanging off of them and not very absorbent. The shower head holder was broken and barely held the shower wand.

The hallway was filthy; looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a week, or shampooed in months. The hardwater stains in the bathtub made it look disgustingly dirty. There was trash still in our trashcans from whomever stayed there previously. The room had been very rapidly, and very poorly, dusted, as you could see EXACTLY where the cleaners had swiped a rag and left half the area uncleaned. There was no entry light, so we had to stumble around in the dark to find the light switches inside the room. The breakfast selection was incredibly limited with practically no protein sources. We didn't see a single staff member...ever. No one at the front desk, no maids, no servicemen, nothing. Very, very disappointing.
