Uncomfortable bed, no coffee, no iron or hairdryer, heat didnt work, no housekeeping, had to use the same towels both days, breakfast was terrible, thin walls so could hear conversations next door, needs lots of updates!!! Would not stay again

AC was broken. It was extremely hot. Window was bolted shut and it did not have a screen. Bugs were on windowsill (Alive) multiple. No hair dryer, microwave or fridge. Very dirty. Not worth the 99$ rate I paid.

Positives:
It was raining, so the covered entrance was nice to be able to load and unload the car without getting wet. Nice location near many restaurants and businesses. Parking lot seemed very secure
Negatives:
There was no hair dryer, suitcase valet, or chair in the room. Also, it was difficult to plug in a phone charger without getting down on your hands and knees, as the outlet was below a built-in shelf. The walls were paper thin, and I woke up to the neighbor watching TV earlier in the motion.

The manager tried his best to make things right, but it seemed as though the place was falling apart around him.
Negatives:
Checked in early evening, but one of the two rooms wasn't ready yet, no biggie. Realized the room we did have "ready, " had fresh urine on the floor, and mattress was flipped upside down so coils were up. The replacement room was much smaller than paid for. Toilet ran if you didn't take the back off to fix its stopper. Then the hot water was hit it miss for a shower.

As they are in the process of remodeling the roofers were working until dark and then started again at 6:30 in the morning. The room was bare bones. No bedside lamp, no coffee pot, ice maker not working.
