Hotel was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
Long day traveling, my husband and I wanted a drink from the bar and was told by staff member that he could not serve us because the alcohol delivery did not come in. There was liquor displayed behind the bar and he could have suggested other options. Poor customer service.
