Nothing. The entire experience at both locations was a nightmare. Morris, IL requested lower room due to handicap. No lower room upon arrival. Toilet not working, a/c cover felt off in the middle of the night. I fell off the office chair, two guests helped me get up. I felt off the stairs due to lose handrail. Two guests helped me and I got downstairs using my butt. No one call to say there were no rooms available. Blamed Booking.com. Same exact thing at Grand Island NE. No lower rooms available upon arrival, no one called to notify me. Also blamed Booking.com. Decided to look for a better option. The front desk attendant was very sarcastic and mocking me the entire time. Very condescending.

The older lady upon arrival was extremely rude and disrespectful. I am disabled and asked for a chair. She ignored me a few times and refused the chair. A child over heard her and he brought me his little chair, but he is like 6-7 there's no way I could use his chair. Finally. A young girl brought out an office chair and I used it, but the old woman refused to take of my reservation.

The breakfast was great, they had the waffles that I love. The property was very nice with a nice deck and lake in back. The bed was hard and I didn’t sleep well, but could be because it was a new bed.

Location was good. Fairly clean. Bed were comfy

Toilet didn’t flush, heater/ac unit didn’t work properly. Window didn’t close, cold air blew through and ice/ snow inside window in morning. Had to put the shower on high hot to get daily decent hot water. Place was under construction. Breakfast was ok, but not warm… the breakers kept blowing and couldn’t use the microwave to heat up the breakfast items.

I read the reviews and arrived expecting a cheap motel and was just hoping it was clean and bug free. I was pleasantly surprised to find a very reasonable hotel room with new (or fairly new) furnishings. It seemed like work was still being done on the lobby, but the room was great.
Negatives:
The toilet felt a little cramped next to the shower/tub and the flush seemed a bit weak (but was functional). That said, it was in line with my expectations for this kind of room.
