The front staff in the morning was amazing and very helpful. The breakfast was pretty good too.
Negatives:
The front staff checking us in was rude and it seemed like we were wasting her time by showing up like she had better things to do than doing her job. The hot tub was closed which bummed us out because that's why we chose this particular hotel. There was also a dog in the pool room which I found unsanitary.

Positives:
Staff was friendly, check-in process was simple, parking lot well lit, breakfast was fantastic (hot, fresh and good options), common areas were clean.
Negatives:
Mattresses were rock hard, large moldy rings and splotches on ceiling above beds, two long hairs on pillow upon arrival. Room felt unclean and outdated. (All other aspects about this hotel were great but our room was a disappointment for the price).
