I booked the wrong day and motel 6 would not answer the phone, left about 10 messages for the manager to call as he was the only one that could approve my refund. He never called I never got the refund.

That my room was top floor with a view.

They didn't provide any kind of breakfast outside of coffee. They complained constantly about my dog not being in a kennel even though he's never been canceled today in his life and the general manager of the place is just downright rude
