I had to pull teeth to get the late check out, though I was arriving at 4 a.m. I then had room service knocking on my door not once, but twice, before 11 a.m., when I could have slept another hour!

Positives:
This hotel is AWFUL. I dont understand how it has the rating it does. The room was filthy, the sheets had blood on them, the TV didnt work, the fridge was broken and ruined $50 worth of food because it froze everything solid, the bathroom door was covered in "body fluids", they only gave us 1 bar of soap for 3 people in a large room, and the entire floor (carpet) was completely sticky.
There were spots on the wall that were unpainted, the safe didnt work, the list goes on.
The only good part of the stay was the breakfast, but I would have happily taken a clean, comfortable room over hotel waffles.
