Baymont Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lincoln NE

Negatives: When we arrived at 8:30 pm there was no one at the front desk. When I picked up the phone the person came right away. He assigned our room and told us we could park on the side because there was an entrance there. We parked on the side at first, but the door was now an exit only. The only entrance was the front door. We moved the car. The only problem with the shower was that someone had left the it on. When I started the water to warm it up, the shower sprayed out cold water until I could turn it off. The tub had hairline cracks where you step over to get in but it didn’t affect the quality of the shower. However, there was no bathroom fan and the towel hook was very loose. The mattress was firm on the side nearest the bathroom but dipped on the other side. When we left we noticed the road going out had quite a few potholes.

Negatives: Old building. The description greatly exaggerated the hotel. Starting with bathroom the shower curtain did not cover opening and the floor flooded with shower on. The shower faucet and hanging shower head were not fully working. In the bed area there was one open electric receptacle behind a bed side table. No other outlet on or near work desk that did not have tv or lights plugged in already. Could not charge devices. No clock or radio/alarm in room at all. The ice machines were all broken on every floor but the lobby. The listing said fireplace in lobby. It was a cheap electric fireplace attached to wall. Last was the breakfast. Plastic containers with bagels fruit and packages of three little Hostess type donuts. Compared to our stay in a hotel the night before this was cheap and disgusting. Would not recommend this hotel at all and would strongly suggest searching for another. Do not believe the search write up

Negatives: Carpet the rooms to make them quieter. I could hear lots of noise. The bed was rock hard. Not comfortable at all! No coffee pot either. The road to enter was HORRIBLE!!! Something needs to be done.

Negatives: Rooms seemed really small—not much room for 3 people. Lighting was really bad. Road to the hotel was full of potholes.

Negatives: Smells of marijuana coming from the neighbors, not very clean!

Negatives: A different variety for breakfast would have been nice

Negatives: First floor was under construction. Asked for room on that floor or at least close to elevators and was put in a room on second floor at farthest end from elevator. Breakfast room was never opened Room service had to be ordered outside of facility and very expensive. Noise level was horrible. Fire exit was blocked off.
