The staff were not very quick to help while checking in or when my room key stopped working and I couldnt get the rest of my things when trying to leave. Took 30 minutes to have them get the door open. Hallways littered with trash, very slow elevators.

The desk person acted racist. I recorded roaches in the room. The carpets were dirty. They advertised swimming pool and it was closed.

Dated rooms- uncomfortable beds and breakfast each day was served only from 6am to 9am and was stale. The juices were old and fermented.

Motel was infested with coach roaches!!!!! Up stairs and down stairs! They staff thought is was no big deal like it was suppose to be like that and like it was our fault we had an issue with it!

First night we stayed on a hideaway bed mattress. We asked to switch rooms for the second night and the staff was very accommodating to do that for us.

The property is old and run down. You can tell the owners havent invested into it in a long time.

Staff is great with what they have to work with. There isnt much to work with.

Room was as described, check in was quick and efficient.
Negatives:
There was no rug or carpet in the room, only laminate flooring. The floor was uneven. The toilet was plugged, and we were offered a plunger to fix it ourselves. There was also a floss-pick on the white bedspread when we checked in.
