The room needs to be much cleaner. The area under the desk had not been vacuumed, the toilet had not been cleaned, and the shower floor needed scrubbing.

The location was great and the lobby area was great for gathering with friends for our reunion.

There was no one at the desk when we arrived to check on. We waited at least 5 min. During the stay, if we had a question, there wasn’t anyone at the desk to speak to. When we checked out, no one was at the desk so we couldn’t get a receipt!
The heater was very loud when it was running.

Wish there was a hot tub at the hotel. I like pools with family, but my week was so stressful. I really could have used a hot tub.

You need one more staff person during breakfast hours. It was so hard to keep the food filled. Lots of waiting for hot especially. She did great trying to keep up.

Stayed on cross-country road trip. Check-in staff was great -- helped with dinner recommendations and directions. Breakfast had good variety (and thank you for the decaf coffee!) and room was clean. Just as expected for price/brand.
