It was abundant, well prepared and good. I was especially pleased with the Philadelphia Cream Cheese for the English muffins and the delicious hot chocolate since I don't drink coffee or tea. The service to return the lost boots one guest left is an excellent feature that will bring us back to Best Western accommodations.

The showers for the disabled room are not drained properly, the bathroom floor flooded.

Location is the best asset. Breakfast was hot with clean area.
Negatives:
Room was filthy. Floors were sticky, a previous guests glucose test strip was on counter so you know that wasn’t cleaned. Pull out bed had balled up blankets on it with prior sheets. Had to ask for clean bedding.
