The front desk staff and hotel general manager were excellent. This stay was during the ice storm where I80 was closed, as well as secondary roads closed. They were personable, kind and knowledgeable.

North Platte is a desolate horrible place to put a freeway - dangerous and isolated for those traveling through in bad weather.

We arrived late and no one was in reception to check us in. It turns out the person was helping another guest in another location in the hotel. Once the person arrived, she was very helpful.
