Breakfast and the breakfast attendant - Allen? Al? Albert? He was super customer service-oriented and by far the best staff member I have ever had at any hotel/resort. Best keep him happy as employees like that are tough to find!
Negatives:
Several issues. Our key card wouldn't work and took several attempts at rekeying by an overworked and busy (maybe only front desk associate). Check-in took over an hour. Secondly, the room needed major upgrades and maintenance. The sink and shower drains were clogged. Chipping and rusting plaster in the bathroom. Lastly, the dog in the room above us was running across the floor allllllllll night long. Very inconvenient.

There was black mold on the ceiling above the shower and half of the upper security lock was missing. The door also stuck so it was hard to get into the room.

Room was very clean and was quite. Even though the hotel is older it was very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Chair by desk was broken. Felt this should have been checked as someone could hurt themselves.
