CLEANLINESS and RUDE MANAGER
Room was not cleaned because they said our DO NOT DISTURB SIGN was on the door. Not true because we didn’t even have one. When housekeeping did knock on the door around 8am we told her come back later and she said Ok. Who wants housekeeping at 8am when you are on vacation. When speaking to the manager she was very rude and after I corrected her about the sign she said oh they don’t come back if you are ready when they come. If this is the case, maybe they should post it. ☹️ I have more pictures if there was room to post.
