The general manager was RUDE, and she DOUBLE CHARGED my card as i am HOMELESS and don’t have room for those kinds of mistakes at all which they were so nonchalant about. She also made comments to me that should have never been made

The breakfast was very limited-oatmeal packets and small breakfast bars. Several days, there wasn't any caffeinated coffee. The Internet was also spotty. There wasn't a trash can in the room and the lights went on and off.

The check-in/check-out was pleasant and very easy with no problems.
Negatives:
There wasn't a coffee pot or coffee in the room. The bed was very uncomfortably firm & the pillows flat & old. Also, I left my cellphone charger in the room & after returning home, called the front desk the next day & nothing was turned in by housekeeping
