parking was a little steep since no nearby activities were going on
The hotel coffee shop male employee was extremely accommodating and provided exceptionally customer service. Lobby is nice and comfortable.
Dirty! Cigarettes butts everywhere near entrance/exit of parking garage. Hallways needed vacuumed. Rooms smell and dusty. Also, furniture very dated, scratched and worn. Hotel need a complete upgrade.

Our room in particular was badly in need of renovation. There was water damage, wallpaper peeling, and looked outdated.
The staff and their responsiveness to our needs were the best thing about our stay in the hotel. They were EXCELLENT!!

Friendly staff and good location.
Felt more like a Best Western than a Hilton. Dated carpet, rusty drains, small tub, terrible shower head. No robe/slippers. Room cleaned every 4 days, but only 1 day worth of coffee. "Clean stay", but had thick layer of dust everywhere.
I liked the staff, environment, and cleanliness best about the hotel.

Everything was very nice, and clean for the most part! Friendly staff. They make sure to answer any questions you may have. Very quiet!
The room I stayed in had quite a bit of dust/lint on everything. But besides that, no complaints.
I was charged for internet, parking, and I would have incurred cost for breakfast had I eaten it. These features are typically included in price.
Great location and shuttle service to airport
DidnÃƒÂ¢Ã¢Â‚Â¬Ã¢Â„Â¢t like the fact you have to pay for internet service, even if you were a Hilton member.
Some of the staff were friendly. It was close to things we went to.
It was disgusting... there was dried throw up on the carpet (chunks and all), the breakfast was over $50 and they forgot most of our order. The pool was freezing. The rooms were filthy. Worst hotel experience IÃƒÂ¢Ã¢Â‚Â¬Ã¢Â„Â¢ve ever had.

The shower in the bathroom was not draining properly. We called for someone to come and check it out,no one showed up.They did move us to a better room upon request. We stayed 3 nights,no room service. We needed tissue,towels and Kleenex.We had to request
