The room was nice. Breakfast was confusing so we didn't do. Bed was fairly comfortable
Negatives:
Lack of communication. We were told about restaurants - not about breakfast. There was nothing in the room except a scan to get information - not older person user friendly. There was no brief overview of our staff like usual. Just wasn't as nice as other Hilton's I've stayed as far as customer service.

Waited 1 1/2 for our room after 3:00, waited 2 hours for room service. QR code not working to order food and other breakfast area their appliances weren't working to make breakfast.
Negatives:
Room service was 2 hours of waiting for stuff, almost 2 hours waiting in lobby to get our room cleaned after check in time and unable to order food for room service. Appliances weren't working to even get a breakfast cooked at the other eating place.

Everything you need is in one area, coffee, bar, food access to chi center without having to go outside
Negatives:
Price of room per night.. we stay at this hotel every year for state wrestling for the last 10 years because of all the amenities and convenience of being right there next to the chi center but the price of the rooms is extreme in my opinion..
