Traffic outside was very loud where our room was. (Facing the street) and it woke our infant up a few times. The waterpark water was also very cold. And our older kids didn’t want to get in it due to this.

Nothing. Even checking in was a cluster. They were busy and rushed.
Negatives:
Lamp in room didn’t have a light bulb. Bathroom light didn’t work. Loud. Parking lot was cramped and full and had a charge. Elevator had food all over the floor. Couldn’t find the stairs. Good thing there wasn’t a fire. No one would have got out!
