Positives:
Cheap, easy and free parking and good location in terms of accessibility by car. A little further from the centre but was a good stop for an onward journey. TV was decent, with ‘cox’ software. Beds were comfy.
Negatives:
Front desk staff were pretty rude and blunt. Room was a little tired and although the beds and bathroom were clean, other parts weren’t so much - the hairdryer cable was covered in dirt, marks on walls and felt like carpet hadn’t been vacuumed when you walked on it.

The hotel manager was rude and very unprofessional. The pool was closed and we were informed by hotel staff it would be closed for a week. The curtain in the room was broken, partially on. Unpleasant experience, will not stay there again

Breakfast was very limited, I would rate it poor. The lock on the room did not function properly. The handle on the bathroom lock did not function properly. The toilet did not function properly.

Okay as a stopover.

The heat was awesome. So very quiet and stable.
Negatives:
Not able to communicate well with the desk clerk on Sunday am. I needed to cancel my second night stay as the weather made us afraid to stay the night. Winter storm warning for the area. He wasn’t able to help us do that. He couldn’t give a print out of my account.

The website I booked thru said 18 yr olds could reserve room. We were then told you had to be 21. Just a big headache. When we arrived your pool wasn't working although it was filled. We were told might be open in a day or 2, which wouldn't do us any good. I'd be surprised if it was open now. Room wasn't very clean. Pillows weren't even full size. Won't stay there again.

Cleanliness was really lacking and overall appearance of the rooms. Had to change rooms and even clean the second room myself.
