Parking lot full of junk cars, could not park close to door. No TV it was broke. Little to no breakfast, cold coffee. Sheets were stained and dirty. If I could have stayed in my vehicle I would have! Do not waste your money here!!

I booked the hotel for the third time for two nights totalling 6 days. After the third night, before the 11am check out time I was asked by the hotel manager to leave and would receive a full refund. As I did nothing wrong to be asked to exit the hotel other than having a conversation with the Omaha Police I adhered to the request offended and looking forward to a different place to stay. To make a very long story short I was never issued a refund for the night of August 23rd 2023 and am still awaiting a reasoning and response as why, almost 1 months later

Getting asked to leave after 5 nights and not receiving a refund for the paid in full 6th night

Positives:
I didn't stay for breakfast, it was being made and didn't have much I was interested in. The staff were friendly and attentive, helped me get checked in late and out early. Very basic place for the $.
Negatives:
The room furniture was stained, the toilet seat was found broken and detached; overall it was only a basic place to sleep. The sheets and towels were clean at least.
