Positives:
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The first room I was assigned had a bad smell, and the floors hadn't been cleaned very well (hairs on the bathroom floor, and stuff on the carpet). Staff was great at getting me another room.
Negatives:
The first room wasn't in the best shape, poorly repaired walls and ceilings, dirty floors, smelled like fish and bleach. The second room floor was still dirty, but much better. Others have mentioned this may no longer be a 3-star hotel, and I would agree.

The front desk clerk was so nice and helpful.
Negatives:
The breakfast was cold scrambled eggs, nothing else hot. Minimal options.

I don't think this is 3-star anymore. Carpet had stains and furniture was well-worn. Tub didn't drain until well after shower was done. Breakfast items were below expectations and no one attending to make sure things were filled and ready.

Clean, spacious, hotel with a comfortable lobby and dining area. Good breakfast with several hot items. Didn't use the pool or the fitness room but they looked very nice. Room was equipped with a microwave and fridge. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was clean. The swimming pool was warm which you dont always get when its the middle of winter. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We rented 2 rooms for our family & both were nice/adequate. One room had an old mattress on the bed and made sleep difficult for my husband. Both rooms were older, but decent. We have stayed at this hotel before it it meets our needs, but is not fancy.
Negatives:
The breakfast is pretty bleak. We were there after Christmas & they may have just been running low after a rush or something, but it was gross. The gravy looked like it was re-heated leftovers (from a few days) & they were out of most other options.
Positives:
Clerk was kind, location was perfect, hotel was quiet, hot tub was good temperature, room was clean and had everything we needed, and shower got hot. Also, the price was great for the quality.
Negatives:
Minor complaint: couldnt turn jets on in hot tub, but we had a pleasant soak. Side door was unlocked so anyone could walk in without a key card.

Overall the hotel is in need of repairs and updates. The cleanliness of the rooms was subpar. And the mattresses definitely need to be replaced

Breakfast was good. Location was good. We were given another room, since the first one was obviously not cleaned before our arrival.
Negatives:
There wasn't enough staff. The front desk person had to take care of room issues and run the front desk, so wait was long to check in. Our room was dirty. Toilet was not cleaned. Sheets had dried fecal matter on them.
