The staff did a very poor job and keeping the hotel quiet after 10. It was well after 1am before I could get sleep because guests were screaming and running in the halls. Called the front desk multiple times for nothing to happen.

The location was great, easy access to everywhere. The property was beautiful inside and outside was as well. Very clean, bed was very comfortable, I like a little firmer pillow, but my husband liked his. We walked outside around the grounds in the morning, it was beautiful out, and so relaxing to walk along the river. Several places to sit and relax, drink our Starbucks from right inside, that was nice to have that available. We sat beside a beautiful fountain under the trees in the shade on a beautiful patio, very inviting and comfortable. Loved all of our stay. And the AC felt great on such a very hot day!
Negatives:
There was bottled water in our room, but was not complimentary. Would have been a nice touch to have even a couple of bottles of water complimentary.

The view was pretty.

The split in the buildings. No continental breakfast. Restaurant's over priced. Coffee shop lacked coffee options and the gal working was rude to a customer in front of me so i walked out. Security came to our room at 1230 am to "check things out" said the fire department called about our room but we weren't being loud nor smoking in the room. Pillows were uncomfortable. Mini fridge didn't work.

Negatives:
Did not like the fact that ALL of what was available was not made know to us until after we were checking out. Notified the person in charge and we were told they they would endeavor to change this over site.
