First, we reserved our room over the phone. A handicap accessible room was requested, and confirmed. Only to find out upon arrival that it wasn't, and none were available. So we then requested a shower Chair, of which, at no fault of the staff, the only one available was in the storage room and assembled in a box. After, which the very nice manager and a staff member, attempted to assemble it. Only to discover that the screw holes that attached the back rest were messed up. So it was set up as a bench seat only. And due to the seat issues, the management informed that they couldn't be held accountable if it broke or collapsed when used. So in lieu of this, my wife was unable to shower for the two night stay

This hotel was really nice. I didn't expect much, but the rooms were super clean and modern, parking was plentiful, and the general manager was incredibly nice. They have laundry facilities that are also very clean.

No complaints other than the lighting…fluorescent lighting like that made me feel like I was in an interrogation interview. Otherwise all good. Also my key didn’t work in the side entry the entire time I was there

Positives:
Location. Comfortable bed. Quiet.
Negatives:
No bellman cart to use. Even though they provide a full kitchen you might as well be camping. No plates, pots, flatware, anything you would use in a kitchenette. No icemaker facilities except the one in the room’s fridge so if you need ice soon after arrival you are out of luck. No pet area to walk your dog even though they charge you for that.

Cost was great and the room was comfortable and what we needed. It was nice to have a good size fridge and they provided paper plates and plastic ware so we were able to eat breakfast in the room each day of our stay.
Negatives:
No pool, but that’s fine. They provide a comfortable room at a price that beat every other place we looked at.
