There was old pee on the back of the toilet lid, when we showered just walking the few feet from the shower to the bed the bottom of our feet were black from how dirty the floors were, the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

When I was paying for the room I accidentally gave the guy to much money 30$ to much and he noticed this and gave me back what I over payed that is the type of place I have no problem staying at stand up operation thank you

The front desk clerk was pleasant and professional. Heater in room worked very well.
Negatives:
1. Towels are barely absorbent. We had only one tiny bottle of shampoo and two bars of soap in the bath. 2. The bed was not very comfortable; you could feel springs in mattress. 3. Remote control worked as long as you were directly in front of the TV but not at all from the bed. 4. There was a loud truck cruising the parking lot at 4 a.m. for about 15 minutes, parked and then left and remained in the area. Seedy. 5. An extra blanket would have been nice when temperatures are below freezing outside.
