Positives: We booked our room via Booking.com. We reserved 2 Queen room. We arrived at 7pm to check-in. Front desk lady said there were no more 2 Queen rooms. Didnt offer alternative or solution. Only offered refund which we refused since we traveled 8 hours with young family.

Negatives: Customer service was not helpful. Management was no longer on sight to help with problem. Hotel is out dated appearing.
