I loved the location, the indoor pool and gym center and the breakfast was amazing. I loved the kitchen in our room and dishes/pans/ silverware/cups already there with a dishwasher and a two burner stove full fridge. We were able to cook and not eat out which we love to do and its saves. The room was clean and the property. All these features at the property were amazing when traveling with kids. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great staff, especially staff member Trina!

The swimming pool and jacuzzi were amazing very clean and the pool was warm. The bed was firm but soft. Shower and tub were good. Breakfast was egg and cheese omelette and sausage patties. The also had muffins milk and oJ. Room and building were clean.
Negatives:
The bathroom sink was clogged and they couldnt do anything about it. In the morning there was some kind of mixup and staff came in the room we had the door locked and the security latch closed over the door but they had something they used to open it.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Negatives:
I didn't like the fact that the room I booked for my son and his children did not have any pull-outs as promised. The two little boys had to sleep on cushions on the floor. I had also requested rooms across the hall from each other and they said they could accommodate that but they were unable to when we got there. I also don't like the fact that it appears Friends of the staff were being let into the pool with a bunch of kids to swim. It was quite obvious that they were not guests at the Hotel.
