Positives: The property was ok, but having a second floor accommodation with no elevator is totally unsatisfactory. when I booked the accommodations, I specifically said that I’m disabled and the room needed to be disability accommodations. when we first arrived, I asked about the rooms disability accommodation, and was told the room was on the second floor and no elevator was in the building. They were very rude and and completely uncaring about my situation. In addition, the bathroom had a tub, rather than a walk in shower. The grab bar was at the front of the tub, where you had to literally step over the toilet and over a very high tub to get into it. I fell three times trying to take a shower because of this, and my friend had to help me each time to get up. I hurt my right shoulder and my lower back due to the falls. I’m going to see my doctor soon because of this. I expect to hear from you regarding all this soon. I’m not going to just let it pass. I expect some action to be taken, and if ignored, I will take whatever action I believe is appropriate.
Negatives: I believe I answered this question above. I will never stay at a La Quinta or Wyndham facility again, and if a satisfactory resolution is not reached, will no longer use your services for travel.
