Best Western Topaz Lake Inn

Negatives: Lobby locked and no coffee for quite a while in the morning. When I woke up before dawn, I needed a place to sit outside my room that I was sharing; the lobby was locked until past 6 am; I dont know when the lobby finally opened. With so much square footage, it would be nice to have a place to sit while the lobby is locked up.

Negatives: 1. Door in bathroom automatically closed, this is inconvenient 2. Newer bed 3. Comfortable sofa or two comfortable chairs 4. Spa that works and is available 5. Instructions on how to use the TV 6. A receipt when I checked out 7. A door that you can use that is a convenient distance from my car. 8. The partial view of the lake that as promised.

Negatives: I go to a hotel to sleep and my room did not have black out curtains. The parking lot lights lit up my room all night, and I had difficulty sleeping. The sheets and pillowcases were also very scratchy.

Negatives: The rims are clean but the surroundings of the hotel could be cleaner and better maintained. Lift doors and inside dirty, corridors old and need of fresh paint etcthe property is well located but there is room for enhancement lets say

Negatives: The stuff was very unprofessional. The man and the women at the front desk in the morning of 07/16/23 have no idea how to be at least polite. I went for my breakfast and found no egg scramble and he said there will be no more egg scramble at 9am though the breakfast should go till 9.30 pm. Didnt even bother to say sorry about that Later i returned the key cards to check out and the woman took it and didnt even smile/ say thank you or even greeted in anyway. I asked for a cup to get more coffee as the cups were finished. She took a long time to replace the cups and didnt even say she re stocked the cups. These two people should understand hotel stuff need to be hospitable and at least learn very basic way of greeting people. learn some values of this country and peoples dont make the hotel environment like in rural india.
