The walls are paper thick . When you can hear your neighbors going very intimate things for a very long time you know the walls are thin . You can literally hear their conversation word for word . Just got done driving for 12 hrs and really needed to sleep .

Great breakfast at restaurant across the street. RV parking. Rooms were spacious, nice shower. 2 sinks were a plus. Good coffee in room, nice mini fridge was already chilled.
Negatives:
Wish there was a better pet relief area, it's just a couple of strips of artificial turf by the driveway. Watch the step outside your front door - I stumbled on the step down walking out the first time.

The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and adjoining rooms for a win when traveling with three generations.
Negatives:
The town of Hawthorne leaves a lot wanting. Run down town with very few choices for dinner. Plus we didnt feel safe while shopping at the grocery store.
