Good hotel. great day time receptionist she made me feel welcome she was informative and did her job quickly

At 3:00 a.m., there was a fire we had to evacuate the hotel. I felt like the hotel staff could have done a better job. People were just wondering the parking lot dazed and confused there were no updates, no information, no communication whatsoever.

It was somewhat noisy in the room. It was a sound much like an elevator moving or muffled air craft but we werent near the elevator or on the top floor so I couldnt figure out what it was.

Room we stayed has the issue with bathroom , water is clogged and its overflown . Someone came and fixed it and its still had same issue in the morning. We informed the staff but no one came to address it. All of us have to use the restroom downstairs

I was rudely woken up at eight in the morning on Sunday by the front desk staff letting me know she accidentally checked me out and she needed. My email. Did not even apologize for waking me up.
Positives:
Very good staff, cleanliness, comfort and breakfast were very good. Staff were proactive, especially the guy (Adrien?). TV was very good, with different streaming options. We also got customized welcome note on TV upon arrival, which was very nice. Good value for the money you pay here.

Very good experience, our whole family enjoyed our stay here and wished we stayed here for longer.
Positives:
Clean, quiet, and friendly staff. Enjoyed every breakfast and appreciate the variety. The staff ar breakfast was very accommodating. Have to say this hotel had the best coffee I ever had.
Negatives:
I hated the television. Wasnt able to figure out what was available, or included. I just want to turn it on and change the channel. Glad I had my IPad and just watched on it.

Location and staff are excellent. Brother and his family are 6-7 mi away from this hotel. So close to Allegiant stadium (for SuperBowl finals).
Negatives:
Smell of old cigarettes upon opening the door need to be addressed. The heavy footsteps upstairs, slamming of a door, water pressure from shower also need to be addressed.
