Negatives: cold and indifferent staff and cookies and coffee are the so called "breakfast included", thin sheets offered for the cold night can never warm u up, had a cold and sleepless night in a youe paid hote, unbelievbable! Noisy refregerator kept u awake

Negatives: Lobby and hotel smelled like Mary Jane. Hotel and rooms in desperate need of remodel.

Negatives: Bathtub is old and in bad condition, kitchenette without any silverware and dishes, beds without comforters.

Negatives: The staff was not the most pleasant. The security guy kind of gave weird vibes. The hallway had used tissue and gross q-tips that sat there the entire trip, which just moved around to different parts of the hall. The carpet throughout the room had gross stains all over it, I walked around in shoes just to be safe. The bathroom had looked like it was cleaned with the same rag that the tub was wiped out with after someone shaved their nether region. There was pubic hair dried to the wall above the shower. The towels had pubic hair intertwined in the threading. Every day I went to dry off after my shower, I found more in the towels, which were supposed to be "clean" or fresh. Also, the breakfast that is included entails of, tiny individual baby muffins, nature's harvest granola bars, and coffee. Not the typical breakfast I am used to, even for budget friendly facilities.

Negatives: The included breakfast was coffee and pre-packaged muffins or granola bars - what they called a grab and go breakfast.

Negatives: The attention from the lady on Sunday 10/8 in the morning was not pleasant at all, very bad attention and terrible customer service.. in Lobby

Negatives: They sold my reservation to somebody and told me they were sold out.. but I booked my room 1 month in advance! No apologies, just sad call to booking.com customer service.. didnt even reply to email and phone calls from booking.com to confirm their cancellation of my booking.

Negatives: Staff was rude, manager was unprofessional

Negatives: It was not a great experience and it set my trip back a lot. All the cabinets were opened as if the place had been bombed for bugs. I was sent to another room for a cleaner room and it also had all the cabinets opened with residue on the bathroom cabinets as well as the kitchen and room cabinets. It was pretty bad altogether. Wouldnt recommend at all. I ended up going somewhere extremely expensive inorder to be comfortable. The workers did not care that it was dirty. Dogs everywhere and trash in the floor in main lobby. Oh and the bathroom mirror had a huge crack in the middle :( .

Negatives: It smells and lots of noises from AC and refrigerator
