the cleanliness but you have to insist to have housekeeping clean your room daily because they only offer to do it every other day.

the check-in staff was subpar! Able to pull up my reservation but was told that it wasn't paid yet even when it was already fully paid. After much insistence, it eventually "went through" after several attempts.

They canceled my reservation the day before w/o notifying me. They said they canceled because my card declined. I selected the option to pay at time of arrival, so there was no card to even charge. My trip was ruined.

Although the property is far away from the main casino strips etc it was very quiet and peaceful place to be in. The motorway connection meant it was easy to get to local attractions via an Uber.
