the cleanliness but you have to insist to have housekeeping clean your room daily because they only offer to do it every other day.
Negatives:
the check-in staff was subpar! Able to pull up my reservation but was told that it wasn't paid yet even when it was already fully paid. After much insistence, it eventually "went through" after several attempts.

Cleanliness, spaciousness, equipped with mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Multiple doors from parking to building. Friendliness and helpfulness of staff is excellent.

Bed and pillows were comfortable and the continental breakfast was great!
Negatives:
Check in was a fiasco. Was told by girl checking us in that we owed more money because booking.com only paid them so much. Then when we spoke to the manager about the mix up on their end, she acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about and that I was basically crazy. No apologies or anything.
Pool chairs were dirty. Towels were not the cleanest and the pool was not heated. Location was sub par for Summerlin.
