The front desk people were nice. The hotel as you walk in smelt great.
Negatives:
Very outdated and the pictures online were not what it looked like. Room service never cleaned our room from Friday through Sunday. My husband had to ask for clean towels every day. The room had not been vacuumed in who knows how long.

The door to the room had been busted in and repaired poorly so it was hard for my kid to open the door. We were on the first floor and the window lock was broken and the curtains wouldn't close all the way either.

The room was very nice. It was clean and the amenities surpassed my expectations. The staff, excluding the General Manager were helpful,courteous, accommodating and efficient. We were able to bring our dog who was fawned over and made to feel welcome.

We upgraded our accommodations upon our arrival. At which time a presented my credit card to pay any additional charges. I was to have the room for four days. On the third day the GM announced that I had 15 minutes to vacate my room.

The front desk person was rude. The hot tub was not working. The casino was terrible. When I went to exercise I blew the circuit because the breakfast area is on the same breaker. There was no bath mat. There was only two towels in the room.
