Room itself was great: ample size with small couch that folded out into a double bed, full refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner electric stove, roomy bathroom area.
Many restaurants nearby. Staff friendly and helpful. Ample free parking. QUIET at night :-)
Negatives:
Air conditioner in room worked well, but had a noisy cover on control panel that needed to be left open (up) to avoid rattley, loud noise.

The toilet was much too low for an older person with bad knees. As soon as we arrived and used the toilet it was plugged and the front desk had to bring us a plunger to unplug it. Then our Direct dish box would not work and the maintenance guy had just left for the day. Both the front desk ladies worked and worked to finally get it working but it didn't work every time we turned on the TV. The second morning as we were going to be checking out one of our room keys stopped working at the back door entrance and then before we could get loaded out the other key stopped working. I had to call the front desk to let us back in because we were both locked out of the building, Our keys had not been near our cell phones or any electronic piece of equipment.
