Very clean& updated facility & room
Negatives:
Needs a new mattress in Room 515. Worn out mattress, creaky & broken. It was just me so for one night it was ok, but would have been ver uncomfortable with two adultsslopes in the middle. Room next to I95, but noise was not bad.

The hotel had not been kept up. There was a lot of scuffed paint, trash in stairwells, shower/bath was stained etc. I've stayed in many La Quintas over the years. I can't think of another that was in anywhere near this bad shape.

Some areas of the hotel were closed to the public. Also, hotel was surrounded by commercial facilities which made it hard to find.

This was the filthiest hotel Ive ever stayed at. No hot water in the shower and the AC or fridge didnt work.

Never ever will we stay here again. Not even for free.

One of two elevators out of order, first floor ice machine out of order, breakfast juice machine out of order, baggage cart out of order. At 1:45 am middle night, fire alarm sounded, every one jumped up , ran out of the building for about 1 hour. Next morning, asked front desk, some pump out of order. So many out of orders?!

Location-4 miles from wedding location
Negatives:
Room was not ready at 3 pm, walls in room was dirty, mold in the shower, blood on a pillow, stains on the sofa and chair in the room, doors that were to remain locked-for safety of the guests- were not locked, no ketchup for breakfast, juice machine and ice machine were not working, jacuzzi was not in service, elevator out of service. No blanket on the sofa sleeper or in the room at all. Fire alarm went off for a little of an hour- no fire- we were told there was a water leak and staff didnt know how to turn of off.
