Staff was nice and very helpful, drink service was great. Casino staff was great too, even when we asked stupid questions lol.

During the second day, water started coming out of the light fixture in the bathroom, we called the front desk and waited for someone to come fix it but that didn't happen. The next morning it was worse and coming down the wall, my son in law told the housekeeping staff and they gave him a 50 dollar food and drinks voucher. Later that evening we get back and still leaking and once the line at the desk wasn't a mile long, I explained my situation to them and they tell me they will remove 2 of the resort fees for our stay (which didn't happen) I get us switched to new rooms in the tower, which were newer than the pyramid but the a/c was not that cold. On a side note I was also charged almost 200.00 more than the quoted booking. (400.00 if the charges still pending go through and nothing is refunded.)

Great hotel in a great location at the end of the Las Vegas Strip. A little quieter than in the middle of the strip. Good sized bedrooms with good size bathroom and shower. All the facilities you would need in a hotel, plenty of eating and drinking places, shops, lovely pool area and casino. The hotel is linked to the Mandalay and the Excalibur so you also have use of their facilities.

Positives:
We had a big room, with two queen size beds, had a nice sleep :-P . Nice shower with free soaps. We had a nice view on the strip.
Negatives:
To check in you must wait in a big cue. The ice machine was just outside the door, this made a lot of noise.
