There was no shampoo, no hot drink making facility in the room and no coffee at all anywhere in the building. I was supposedly upgraded to a deluxe room but I think that is just a marketing ploy and all rooms are probably of the same standard.

Not Motel 6 fault, but there was unfortunately a loud discussion at the corridor around 1am. A woman were screaming at someone else and from what I heard, she had to pack her stuff and leave the Motel.

The room was poorly maintained, I requested 2 room service requests cause the trashes were full and I had bags piling up, the floors were dirty along with the sheets on the beds I stayed for 5 days and in those 5 days room service only came one time and all they did was take out the trashes and afterwards they didn't replace any of the bags inside of the garbage, they didn't sweep, mop or clean the sink that was flooding and not draining, the beds weren't made or anything the only thing that was done was the trashes and that wasn't even a complete job whenever I've stayed at any other hotel the room gets cleaned, beds get made, and floors are cleaned I'm not gonna be returning to this hotel
