Everything at this hotel was very good including excellent breakfast, very clean, friendly staff, facilities etc.
Negatives:
The location is somewhat off for tourists. The hotel charges $20 for car parking and for such hotels it should be free as it is not in prime location. Even Booking.com was used with free parking but the hotel charged $20, which is a disgrace. I gave them Marriott rewards number but points were not added. Their customer service asked me to send them the number again and I sent and still points are not added yet.

My checkin was 3 and I get there only to get horrid customer service from the front desk. I was told no rooms are available to checkin. After waiting over an hour they took the time to listen to my booking and they said oh we do have a room for you. Only one person was helpful on the front desk. The rest, need attitude adjustments and customer service training

Outrageous, undisclosed $20 parking fee for an open lot. The hotel manager said it was because of the hotel’s proximity to the stadium, but there were no events at the stadium the night we were there and they did not ask for any identifying information about our car.
The rooms are dated and the sofa so hard and uncomfortable it was not usable.

The size of the room was nice for our family, and the location was great near the strip
Negatives:
The couch was really dirty, had white stains all over it, needs to be cleaned or thrown out. The jacuzzi was cold, colder than the pool, would not get hot. The pool water was dirty and cloudy. Also they shut the water off in building B but didn’t tell us until they were about to shut it off. Left note u see our door after 11 am, had to wait to shower. Would have been nice to get some notice the night before

The lobby is really nice. Grounds are pretty. The pool was fun! We love having the two room suite and two bathrooms! The kitchen and living area is great for our family.
Negatives:
The light switches were weird. My phone was charging at night and I woke up to my sound machine turning off due to my phone dying, even though it was plugged in. Light switches didnt turn on the lights. There were no instructions on hot switches.

Very clean, great for bigger families and wanting space and the ability to cook meals. The free breakfast was really good, the staff was very nice and accommodating.
