When we got in the room the bathroom floor had puddles of water in the corner. The TV wouldnt turn on. The bed was squeaky when getting in and out.

Super friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, and great prices. All the other hotels were gouging because of the Thanksgiving holiday. The pool and hot tub was nice. We will be staying there again.

I was upset because I specifically chose a room with 2 queen beds and a kitchen that was described in the information but, I was put in a room with 1 king bed and a mini fridge. They stated they could not do anything about it because I booked third party

It was a decent hotel for the price considering it was a weekend that had a lot going on and pretty much every hotel was sold out. The location wasn't terrible as far as things around us. We were able to walk to dinner.
Negatives:
The staff. The woman who checked us in and checked us out was rude and not willing to help very much. We understand that it was a busy weekend, but we had never been to Vegas before. We assume busy weekends are just a normal part of life there, so we don't need to be treated like we're stupid at check in because we asked for an extra pillow and a late check out. The gentleman at night however, was incredibly friendly and helpful.
