Positives:
I like the location, and it's quite easy to find and close to the restaurants. This is quite important in windstorm weather.
Also, breakfast is a thing to mention; there are many choices, and the view is fabulous.
Negatives:
I must say that the bed sheet was not clean enough; I found a few hairs on both my pillow and sheet. I doubt if the staff changed the sheet after people checked out. This isn't very pleasant. The staff lacked training and no smiles and hi when they met us in the hotel.

Our key cards kept on not working 3x and inconvenienced when elevator shut down.
It would be good if King room had a pull out sofa sleeper vs chaise. And why is there no phones in room to contact front desk?
