Walls were so thin we could hear the conversation of the people nextdoor. When we changed rooms it smelled like weed and then we could hear the club music all night.

Manager and Night staff at desk was not at all of any help. Room reeked of Marijuana. Lady working at front desk no help, didnt change room for us, Manager next had audacity to tell us that Marijuana is legal in their state. And we had 3 kids with us.

I ordered a non-smoking room, and upon arrival my room smelled like smoke and marijuana. My first night my neighbors were so loud and I didnt get any sleep. I had to call security. The next day they let me change rooms, but did not give me any comp

Check in staff not friendly , mattress, felt like you were sleeping on a rock even the pillows were were not comfrobal , kept sneezing in room I think from the Carpets . Hotel needs to be updated

Accident in my room and hurt my husband foot, no one help and I call the manager also send the email for him, I waiting two days and very angry, my husband foot is pain until the manager come back, hes just say when we go home to see doctor and see what

They don't offer daily room cleaning and we were never told this. Requested our room to be cleaned and was led to believe it would happen and then it never did. Ran out of toilet paper, kleenex. Just poor customer service.
