Woman at check in was very nice and made sure I had a ground floor room. Room was very comfortable and clean.
Negatives:
Person at check out was not very professional. I asked for a receipt and was told very rudely "I cannot give you one because you made reservation through Booking.com". When I said I always get a receipt and that I will contact corporate about the matter, he immediately changed his mind and gave me my receipt. Was there a reason he refused in the first place? Breakfast eggs were burnt and cold and the sausage was cold. Signs posted about designated smoking area but nobody knew where it was.

The locking mechanism to the back door of the was broken. The door was not secure. A trash can near the back entrance was overflowing with trash in the evening and in the same condition when I left at 9 am.
