Location, parking was front door
Negatives:
Dirty, old and dilapidated, could see light all the way around the locked door, somebody elses hair in the shower, tv had no local channels for weather or news. Extremely limited breakfast choices besides being scared to eat the food. Toilet screamed like a pig when flushed. Not able to adjust the shower for temperature due to water pressure. So glad it was only one night.

We could park our vehicle in front of our room.
Huge room, king size bed.
Negatives:
Breakfast, very interesting. Butter was not prepackaged, been cut from a pound of butter, into small kind of squares. Jam not prepackaged, in a sealed jar in the frig. Juice machine not working, bottle of juice in the frig.
Subfloor was very soft by the bathroom door, felt like you were going to go through every time you walked on it.
Bathroom door (warped) wouldn't close totally.
Amazed that Wyndham has this level of hotel under their company umbrella.

Very impersonal staff, they were not concerned about there being no hot water for a shower, just assumed I didn't know how to turn on a tap. Told me someone would look at it at 8:30 as I was checking out at 7:30!

For 60.00 it really was really a great value. The room was large, had a refer, microwave, hair dryer, soaps/shampoo and even a closet!!! The bedding and pillows were comfortable. The heater and air conditioner worked well. The location was very convenient.
Negatives:
The grounds were a bit scraggly but that doesn't affect an overnight stay when your just needing to get some sleep to be on your way again. The bathroom facilities could use an upgrade but they worked. Plenty of hot water, the tub and toilet were just a bit old! Again all in all, sleep, quick shower and your off....all for a very reasonable price.

Externally it looked ordinary but not so. Room was large, clean, comfortable and very, very quiet. Staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again

Hotel was great. Wells? Now that is another matter. What a dreadful town. Living there would be more of a sentence than a lifestyle. One horse town after they shot the horse.
