Oh my gosh, I've stayed here before and it was quite decent, but this last say was horrible. I had a room on the mail floor and I could hear EVERYTHING from the room above. So damn noisy!!! I couldn't sleep at all. I could hear the water running and every flush of the toilet, not to mention every step the people took. They weren't overly noisy, but I could hear every step they took. The hotel and room was very clean and well appointed, but the noise was awful. Next time I will request a top floor room.
