We loved our stay here! I accidentally doubled booked because of the spotty reception in the mountains but the guy at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. Our room was VERY nice and we loved the space in the basement! Breakfast was great and parking was easy as well.

Great location! Quiet and clean room and facility. Loved the vibe! So cozy
Positives:
It was a nice location and the hotel was clean comfortable. We liked the game room. The nicest part was Brian at the front desk. I was doing laundry and the washing machine kept eating my quarters and Brian had to come down with me several times to assist. He was friendly and helpful each time. He needs a raise?
Negatives:
Just might need to get a new washing machine?

We enjoyed our stay!
Positives:
The hotel was in a good location for our travel destination and offered pet friendly accommodations. The room is large and clean. King bed was comfy but a bit soft for us.
Negatives:
There is not enough parking for this hotel! We came back from dinner and the lot was full. We were disappointed that our room had problems with the tv signal where it would fade in and out during our shows. Although the bathroom is nice, beware when taking a shower as it is slippery. Surprised to not have an alarm clock in the room. Our sofa bed did not have the linens and we had to call the front desk to have them sent to the room. The sofa bed was also in a separate room, a small area just enough room for the couch that looked like it needed to be cleaned. It was facing the wall with just enough room to open it with no other furniture. Not at the foot of the bed, but at the wall to the left side of the bed was a tv that was difficult to watch either sitting or sleeping. Looking throughout the room, you would see in areas the wall paper was bubbling and separating from the wall. We were on the 2nd floor and you could hear all the noise upstairs.

It was not a good stay and extremely over priced for what was offered for service and accommodation.
Positives:
Very nice hotel.
Negatives:
The beds are firm~ to each their own on that preference. However, the pillows were terrible! They were so thick that if you are a back sleeper you end up with a stiff neck!

The lobby was decorated nicely for fall. The room was bigger then we expected.

It was our first time staying in Bethlehem
Positives:
Treat yourself!! Loved the queen suite at the end of the hall. It had LOADS of space. Great light with lots of big windows. Table with 4 chairs for eating, or working. 2 armchairs for comfortable sitting. A jacuzzi tub bonus. The included breakfast had plenty of choices. The lobby is also spacious with cozy spaces for gathering. The outdoor courtyard a super place for morning coffee. It would be a great space for a longer stay, or a family.
