place very clean comfortable good working area ay desk. Great handicap bathroom with walk in shower. lobby clean and was rainy so floor was constabty being cleaned.

I had a problem with my Visa card, After booking my reservation. I checked with my bank before coming on the trip (fraud usage was caught & account closed) to make sure my motels would be no problem. The smaller motel had no problem putting my card through but the woman working early evening when I arrived at comfort inn, said it was declined. Couldn’t take a check. Finally she gave me info to have someone email permission to put my charge on their card. It was stressful & this staff person was not very friendly. She did finally help me after an hour or so. That was a terrible experience. This was my second time at the hotel in last 2 months. I hope it never happens again. Other that, why isn’t there access allowed from outside doors to stairwell?? It makes parking harder & walking farther to my room.
