Positives:
The property was easy to access from downtown Concord and also convenient to restaurants and meeting venues.
Negatives:
The bed was very hard and the main hallways smelled like smoke. The entire place smelled of damp cleaning materials. I'm glad it was clean, but perhaps running the air handling a bit more strenuously would have refreshed the air.

Positives:
Standard waffle/coffee/yogurt breakfast offered. All-business check in host there to check us in at midnight after a long & delayed flight & drive. Easy parking, close to offramp of the freeway.
Negatives:
Lobby TV was loud enough to hear in our main floor room. Woke to a dining room filled with bus tour seniors on a leaf peeping tour. Close to the freeway made for road noise backdrop all night.

Pet friendly, your staff that I had contact with were amazing. I called to verify my booking and the Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. She also made sure my room was pet friendly.
Negatives:
My pup finding a grape vine under the nightstand (she thought it was great). Otherwise, there was nothing to not like.
