There was an additional fee. She charged me 9.00 per day for amenities but charged another customer 8.00. The pool was ice cold which is an amenity that I got charged for. I asked if they could turn the heat up on the pool but nothing changed.

We specifically made reservations there to use the hot tub. The owner said the tub was working but it was not. When we arrived at the property we were charged extra fees even though we paid up front through booking. We were told the extra fees were for things like the hot tub and parking parking was supposedly included free and the hot tub was broken .

Even though booking was prepaid through Booking.com and clearly labeled "includes all taxes and fees," staff insisted on additional junk fees paid at the location nowhere indicated earlier. Basically, small-time scammers. And, I hate small-time scammers even more than I hate secret junk fees. Unless you get a special pleasure paying bogus fees from small-time scammers, go elsewhere.

Hidden fee. Kayak and booking.com say the price is all in, including free breakfast, then you get there and it's $8 more per day "resort fee" for breakfast, pool, and sauna. We already paid more than nearby places bc of those things. False advertising and they got rude about it. Also the pool is ancient with peeling paint and that room is unvented and way too hot/muggy so you can't enjoy the hot tub. Breakfast also stays at 7 not 6, which is s problem for hikers.

The room was uninhabitable. The furniture had strips of veneer peeled off of it, hanging there The furniture was grungy. We booked here, trusting the Quslity Inn name. Never again!!!! We had to leave it was just so gross!!!!!
